Operating principle
When the inner temperature of the cabinet is lower than 5 degrees below zero centigrade, the heater will start.
The fan and heat exchanger adopt the technology of speed regulation, and the wind speed of the outside loop fan can be adjusted in accordance with the temperature of air intake of internal circulation. Sealed type of heat exchanger is mainly made up of two air circulation systems, and the interval of the two circulating systems is sealed and insulated.
Both internal and external circulating systems adopt the mode of air blowing, for external circulation, the air of ambient temperature is blown into the heat exchanger by centrifugal impeller fan in the lower part of the heat exchanger, the airflow passes the heat exchange medium and also exchange heat mutually, and takes part heat of the heat exchange medium, meanwhile the temperature of the gas will be increased, then it will be discharged by the air exit on the top of the heat exchanger naturally; For the internal circulation, the hot gas inside of the equipment is blown into the heat exchanger by the centrifugal impeller fan in the upper part of the heat exchanger, the hot airflow exchange heat with the exchange medium when passing it, and the temperature of the gas will be decreased, while the temperature of heat exchange medium will be increased, then the gas after cooling will be discharged naturally from the air exit on the bottom of the equipment.
